So after I posted my Haul video I got a lot of people asking me my workout routine. I am not a fitness expert or a personal trainer so all of the information given has just been from my personal experience and is based on my personal body type.
I have learned that while working out proper form is a MUST. Do not be that person that spends all their time in the gym but isn't getting results because of their lack of form. Another tip that I have learned is when you are trying to gain, heavy lifting rather than high repetition is important.
In this video I share some of my favorite booty and leg building workouts that have given me the best results. Also remember, eating a diet that is parallel to your fitness goals is also very necessary.
